PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast image output device capable of efficiently executing a process pertaining to presentation of an initial screen suitable for a user.SOLUTION: Provided is a broadcast image output device 110, comprising: a receiving unit 112 for receiving a broadcast; an output unit 114 for outputting each of a plurality of home screens 200, for which one of a broadcast image 210 and an application image 220 selectable by a user operation and relating to a broadcast received by the receiving unit can be arranged for each portion of a display region, the plurality of home screens 200 being outputted respectively; and a control unit 116 for selecting one of the plurality of home screens 200 according to preset settings information 120, and outputting the selected home screen 200 to the output unit 114 as an initial screen appearing after power for the broadcast image output device 110 is turned on and capable of accepting a user operation. |
