PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce the amount of developer remaining in a developer storage container.SOLUTION: A developer conveyance driving unit 44 rotationally drives conveying means for conveying a developer stored inside a developer storage container 50 to a discharge port, and includes vibration providing means 90 for providing vibration to the developer storage container 50 in conjunction with the rotation of the conveying means. The vibration providing means includes: a rotating member 91 that has arm parts 91A rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the conveying means; and an elastic member 93 that has at least a part of which arranged on a movement track of the arms of the rotating member, and is elastically deformed toward the developer storage container in association with the rotating operation of the arm parts to hit the developer storage container.
