The present invention relates to a thermal transfer film and an organic electroluminescent device manufactured by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thermal transfer film comprising a base film and an outermost layer formed on the base film, wherein a ratio of an elastic modulus of the outermost layer to an elastic modulus of the base film at 25°C and relative humidity of 45% is approximately 1 or more; and an organic electroluminescent device manufactured by using the same.
