The present invention relates to a thermal transfer film and an electroluminescence display device prepared by using the same. The thermal transfer film and the electroluminescence display device prepared by using the same according to one embodiment of the present invention include a base film and an outermost layer which is formed on the base film. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the rate of change of the thickness of the outermost layer is 0.5% or more. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the outermost layer is a photoelectric conversion layer.
