PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidic device that suppresses the nonspecific adsorption, in a microchannel, of reagents or substances in specimens to be poured into the microchannel.SOLUTION: Microfluidic device 10 contains (a) a polyether polymer having an alkenyl group and (b) a crosslinking agent having a hydrosilyl group, and includes a cross-linked composition of which molar ratio of the hydrosilyl group to the alkenyl group is within the range of 0.5 to 8.0. |
