PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery controller capable of preventing a discharge due to a load operation during a battery charge.SOLUTION: The battery controller comprise: a high-voltage battery 1; a load drive circuit 3 for driving a load connecting to the cathode and the anode of the high-voltage battery 1; load drive switches 6, 7 provided in the load drive circuit 3 and open-circuited when not operating; a charge circuit 4 provided in parallel to the load drive circuit 3 and connected to each of the cathode and the anode of the high-voltage battery 1; charge switches 8, 9 provided in the charge circuit and open-circuited when not operating, only the charge switches 8, 9 being operated when the high-voltage battery is charged. |
