<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor in operation by a person possessing an authentication card, and make it easy for the person to notice a loss of the authentication card.SOLUTION: An entry and exit management apparatus 10 of the present invention is connected to a gate controller 40 for controlling a gate 45 disposed at a position entering a controlled area 2, an authentication device 50 disposed at a position entering a living space 3 from the controlled area 2, and an entry/exit management device 52 and a card storage device 30 which control an electric lock 51, so as to be communicable. If a card 20 for gates is read by the authentication device 50 during an entry into the living space 3 from the controlled area 2, the entry and exit management apparatus 10 obtains an ID of the card for gates and an ID of the authentication device from the entry/exit management device 52, and determines whether or not the obtained set of the ID of the card for gates and the ID of the authentication device matches with a set of the ID of the card for gates and the ID of the authentication device which is stored in advance. The entry and exit management apparatus 10 transmits a warning to a contact address of a registrant of the card 20 for gates, when it is determined that there is no match.</p> |
