PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system of a hollow body capable of obtaining, even in a case where multilayer sheets are used, a sufficient bonding strength and of inhibiting draw-down at the time of heating.SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing method of a hollow body consisting of multilayer sheets includes: an interior high-temperature double-sided heating step of heating a pair of multilayer sheets arranged in opposition to one another along the top-bottom direction from the outer side with a first heat source and simultaneously heating the same from the inner side with a second heat source at a temperature higher than that of the first heat source; a single-sided heating a step of heating the same from the outer side alone with a first heat source or a double-sided heating step of heating the same from the outer side with a first heat source and simultaneously heating the same from the inner side with a second heat source at a temperature lower than that of the first heat source; and a molding step of molding the pair of multilayer sheets having undergone the interior high-temperature double-sided heating step and the single-sided heating step or double-sided heating step.
