The present invention provides a display device which includes a data IC which includes a plurality of dummy output pads and a plurality of signal output pads on both sides thereof and disposing the dummy output pads located between the signal output pads; a plurality of dummy data pads and a plurality of signal input data pads which are formed on the non-display region of an array substrate of a display panel and correspond to the dummy output pads and the signal output pads, respectively; and a plurality of data link wires which are formed on the non-display region of the array substrate and are connected between a plurality of data wires formed in the display region of the array substrate and the signal input data pads.
