An objective of the present invention is to provide a transparent conductive film having a simple structure and having a pattern shape which may not be seen when performing annealing process. To accomplish the above objective, the present invention provides a transparent conductive film including an optical adjustment layer and a transparent conductive layer which are sequentially stacked on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film base. In a case where the transparent plastic film is heated at a temperature of 150°C for one hour, when a thermal shrinkage rate in a direction orthogonal to a main orientation axis the transparent plastic film base is T1(%), a thermal shrinkage rate in a direction horizontal to the main orientation axis the transparent plastic film base is T2(%), and a thickness of the transparent plastic film base is L (micrometers_), the transparent conductive film satisfies following equation (1) and (2).
