The present invention relates to a rolling cutter for cutting a thin plate for precisely cutting a thin plate by enabling various kinds of a thin plate such as papers, films, copper plates, and metal plates coiled around a tube to be re-coiled by being cut in a certain width corresponding to a consumer′s demand. The rolling cutter comprises a lower roller which is rotatably installed; a home cutter which functions as a cutter by having two or more grooves formed at the lower roller in a rotating direction; and an upper cutter installed at an upper end or a lower end of the lower roller to be able to move in a vertical direction from a rotating direction of the lower roller and to be able to move toward the home cutter installed at the lower roller. |
