The present invention relates to a transparent conductor which includes a base layer, a first coating layer which is formed on the base layer and has conductivity, and a second coating layer which is formed on the first coating layer. If the reflexive index of the base layer is R1, the reflexive index of the first coating layer is R2, the reflexive index of the second coating layer is R3 in a wavelength of 280 to 780 nm, the difference of the refractive index, R1-R2, is 0.05 to 0.02, the difference of the refractive index, R2-R3, is 0.01 to 0.20, and an apparatus comprising the same. |
