PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader capable of miniaturizing a machine body, and capable of providing the high self-cleaning effect.SOLUTION: A first rotary shaft 3 arranged in a spiral shape by dislocating a predetermined angle pitch 90° in the circumferential direction every time when dislocating a kneading member Pn by a predetermined pitch 2d in the axial direction and a second rotary shaft 4 arranged in an inverse spiral shape by dislocating a predetermined angle pitch 72° in the inverse circumferential direction every time when dislocating a kneading member Qn by the predetermined pitch, are arranged in parallel, and are mutually rotated at an unequal speed. Since the respective kneading members of the first rotary shaft are mutually dislocated from the respective kneading members of the second rotary shaft by 1/2 of the predetermined pitch in an installation position from the shaft end of its rotary shaft, risk of colliding the opposed kneading members is reduced when both rotary shafts rotate. Thus, a distance between both rotary shafts can be shortened more than when the installation position is not dislocated, and since the tip of the kneading members can be approached by an outer peripheral surface of the other rotary shaft, the self-cleaning effect of scraping away a kneading object stuck to the outer peripheral surface, can be further enhanced. |
