PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood for an endoscope capable of discharging a body fluid or a cleaning fluid inside the hood suitably to the hood outside, and to provide an endoscope with a hood on which the hood for the endoscope is mounted.SOLUTION: A hood 10 has an installation part 20 on the base end side into which the tip part 110 of an endoscope 100 is inserted, a hood body part 30 extending to the tip side of the installation part 20, a step part 24 for regulating the insertion depth of the endoscope 100, and a drainage port 50. An inside opening 52 of the drainage port 50 is formed on a boundary part 25 between the installation part 20 and the hood body part 30, and an outside opening 51 is formed on an outer peripheral surface 32 of the hood 10. The drainage port 50 is formed so that a peripheral surface 112 of the tip part 110 of the endoscope 100 partially blocks the inside opening 52. |
