PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce foundation frames for installing solar panels and shorten the work in an execution site to reduce the initial cost of a mega-solar facility in solar power generation using a number of solar panels represented by a mega-solar power plant.SOLUTION: Ready-mixed concrete is placed in concrete forms for foundation frames for solar panels, and the concrete forms are removed after forming and curing the concrete to produce the foundation frames for the solar panels. This method can be performed both in a factory and in an execution site. The produced frames for the solar panels are regularly arranged, buried, and installed in the execution site. Next, racks are attached to the installed foundation frames for the solar panels by using anchor bolts or the like and the solar panels are fixed on the racks. |
