PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation load of an electronic contract service introduction company or a business client, and allow the business client to securely conclude an electronic contract with the service introduction company.SOLUTION: An electronic contract system assisting in a conclusion of an electronic contract between a first transaction entity and a second transaction entity includes: an electronic signature section 130 that executes an electronic signature to a document relating to the electronic contract for each first transaction entity; a signature application process section 120 that performs an authorization process upon execution of the electronic signature; and a document TB 171 that holds the document. The signature application process section 120 is configured to: receive an application of the electronic signature to the document from the first transaction entity; generate a one-time password for each authorization person; prepare an electronic mail including the one-time password; transmit the electronic mail to each authorization person; receive return mails from all of the authorization persons, and, when a corresponding one-time password is included in each return mail, the electronic signature is executed to the document by the corresponding electronic signature section 130. |
