PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool capable of securely preventing an operator's finger gripping a handle part from sliding during an operation to thereby improve operability and workability.SOLUTION: The power tool 1 includes a housing 2 including: a body part 2a having a substantially cylindrical shape and extending in a front-rear direction; and a handle part 2b connected to the body part. The body part includes: a driving source; a power transmission mechanism part to transmit a driving force of the driving source; and an output shaft to rotate a tip tool with the force from the power transmission mechanism part. The handle part 2b includes a trigger 6. A top part (mold lines 21, 22 and 23) protruding from a surface of the handle part is formed on a side surface of the handle part 2b along a longitudinal direction of the handle part 2b, and at least a portion (22) of the top part is arranged at a position deviating rearward from a center of the handle part in the front-rear direction. In this arrangement, a central front area 16 is provided from the front to the side in the vicinity of the center of the handle part 2b to be held by the middle to little fingers, and at the rear side of the front area 16, there is formed a rectangular fingertip abutting part 17 formed inclined to be widened in a left-right direction. |
