PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the avoidance of a risk due to a device operation without depending on a power of attention or intention of a driver.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle information device includes: a traffic situation acquisition part 1 for acquiring signal change information of a specific traffic light from traffic light information related to the specific traffic light to be distributed from a roadside machine 22 installed on a roadside; a traffic state prediction part 2 for predicting the light color change of the specific traffic light on the basis of the signal change information acquired by the traffic state acquisition part 1; and a function control part 4 for restricting the operation function of a user operation to the in-vehicle information device 10 on the basis of the light color change of the specific traffic light predicted by the traffic state prediction part 2.
