PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a brake action surface of a rail to where a brake part acts during emergency on a vertical surface where is not remarkable from outside and where generates no hindrance to lifting function.SOLUTION: Rotation is transmitted from a running roller 27A toward a speed detection cam 36 via a rotation shaft 34. When the rotation is rotated at speed equal to or more than set speed, a follow arm 40 is flipped up by the cam 36 and a lock plate 47 is released from a concave groove 31b of an emergency stopping member 31, the emergency stopping member 31 is rotated by a torsional spring. A brake part 31a contacts to a brake action surface formed of a vertical surface of a rail. The rotation shaft 34 and the emergency stopping member 31 are disposed so that the rotation shaft 34 and a support shaft of the emergency stopping member 34 are orthogonal in front surface view. |
