<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic electronic component which maintains a stable posture, is less likely to be damaged, and indicates the directivity when being mounted on a circuit board.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic electronic component 10 includes: a lamination body 12 including an inner layer part 14, which has ceramic dielectric layers 18 and internal electrodes 20, and outer layer parts 16 formed by ceramic dielectric layers 22. External electrodes 30 which are connected with the internal electrodes 20 are formed at both end parts of the lamination body 12. A glass layer 24 is formed in each outer layer part 16. Outer ceramic dielectric layers 26 located at the outer side of the glass layers 24 are formed so as to have a different color from an inner ceramic dielectric layer 28 located at the inner side of the glass layers 24.</p> |
