<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component cutting method with stable cutting performance of a component.SOLUTION: The component cutting method according to one embodiment of the invention comprises steps of: radiating first laser beam R1 to one surface 1a of a magnet 1 as one example of a component and forming a groove 2 on the magnet 1 by scanning of the first laser beam R1; radiating second laser beam R2, which is approximately parallel to an extending direction of the groove 2 in viewed from a thickness direction of the magnet 1 and is approximately parallel to the one surface of the magnet 1 in viewed from sides of the magnet 1, to a bottom of the groove 2; and cutting the magnet 1 from the groove 2 as a starting point.</p> |
