<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking felt which has low tackiness while maintaining hydrophilic properties, suppresses the dropping of a cured resin material, and can maintain water drainage properties, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A felt 1 has a face 1a and a face 1b that is an opposite face of the face 1a, and is provided with a base fabric layer 11, a front batt layer 121 that is arranged at a face 1a side of the layer 11 and formed by entangling batt fibers 125, and a cured resin material 13 that is infiltrated in the layer 121 and cured. The cured material 13 contains a hydrophilic urethane resin 131 and a layered silicate mineral 132 that is dispersed in the resin 131. The production method comprises: a step of infiltrating a composition that becomes the cured resin material 13 after being cured into the layer 121 in a felt material provided with the base fabric layer 11 and the front batt layer 121; and a step of curing the composition infiltrated in the infiltrating step in the front batt layer 121. The composition contains an urethane prepolymer into which a hydrophilic monomer is introduced, and the layered silicate mineral 132.</p> |
