ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device capable of improving reliability by preventing crack of a passivation layer formed to cover an organic light emitting diode when scribing unit panels of the organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes a mother substrate defined by a plurality of unit panels including a plurality of organic light emitting diodes divided by a bank insulation layer; first through third passivation layers sequentially formed on the organic light emitting diodes in a separated form for each unit panel; and a sealing substrate formed on an entire surface of the mother substrate through a bonding layer formed on an entire surface of the third passivation layer. The first passivation layer surrounds an edge of the bank insulation layer at the outmost unit panel to fully cover the unit panel. The third passivation layer fully covers the first and second passivation layers. An edge of the third passivation layer is located inside a scribing line to separate the unit panels.
