PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide unit having a plug at a track rail in which the plug is constituted to have a low load of fastening margin acting on a width direction rather than on a longitudinal direction of a track rail and a deformation such as a bulging-out of a track surface of the track rail is prevented.SOLUTION: A plug 5 comprises a fitting part 25 press fitted into a counterbore hole 7 for a fitting hole 6 and a guide part 26 for use in guiding operation. In a fastening margin of the fitting part 25 in respect to the counterbore hole 7, the plug 5 is formed so that, if a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of a track rail 1 is assumed to be a width direction of the track rail 1, a fastening margin to which a force in a width direction in respect to the counterbore hole 7 is applied is made to be smaller than a fastening margin to which a force of longitudinal direction is applied. |
