PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily composition in which the flash point of oil or oil composition is improved and risk is reduced, and easy to be stored and treated.SOLUTION: At least one kind of dialkyl polysiloxane having a 25°C kinetic viscosity of above 50 to 1,000 mmis added to oil or an oil composition having a flash point. As the dialkyl polysiloxane, demethyl polysiloxane is preferable. By controlling the above addition amount to about 1 to 100 mass ppm, the flash point of the oil or oil composition is improved.
