PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack capping device capable of providing an efficient cooling effect using a simple placement configuration of racks without having to install ceiling panels as sealing members and fixing jigs and rail members for supporting the panels on top and side faces of the racks.SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of racks (such as server racks) for accommodating heat-generating devices are positioned face-to-face, tilting each rack toward another until top portions of the racks come into contact or come in the proximity of each other with a support member in between, and cool air from an air conditioning device for cooling the devices in the racks is supplied from under a free-access floor such that the tilt of the racks allows the cool air to flow through the racks before being discharged therefrom. |
