PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register circuit that prevents a drop in potential of an output signal.SOLUTION: A shift register circuit 100 holds a potential of a node 20 at VGH at a timing to output CLKfrom OUT, and turns off transistors that drop the potential of the node 20. With this configuration, when a pulse of CLKis input, the shift register circuit 100 can increase the potential of the node 20 higher than a voltage at VGH by coupling to prevent a drop in potential of OUT. |
