PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a battery residual amount when the battery residual amount of an electronic device is small.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus control device includes: a battery relevant information acquisition part (12) that acquires battery relevant information measured by a FGIC (2); a residual amount calculation part (13) that calculates a battery residual amount on the basis of the battery relevant information; and a measurement control part (11) that changes over between a start-up of the FGIC and a stop thereof at a predetermined timing. When the battery residual amount indicates a small residual amount state likely to be unable to maintain a function of the electronic apparatus, the measurement control part always brings the FGIC to a start-up state. |
