PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative cooler which can improve the cooling efficiency and to provide an energy saving system using the evaporative cooler.SOLUTION: An evaporative cooler includes a cylindrical rotating member 20 which has a hollow part formed toward the vertical direction and can attach water to the inside surface of the hollow part, a driving means 40 which rotates the rotating member 20 around an axial line and a first blowing means 50 which blows gas so as to circulate the interior of the rotating member 20, and performs the cooling by utilizing evaporative heat of the water. Further, the evaporative cooler 10 includes a cylindrical outer side member 30 disposed so as to surround the rotating member 20 from the outside and a second blowing means 60 which blows air so as to be circulated through a space sandwiched by the rotating member 20 and the outer side member 30. |
