<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive for forming an easily adhesive layer which can form an easily adhesive film that is especially excellent in adhesiveness with an acrylic coat layer, and is excellent in transparency, blocking resistance and water resistance.SOLUTION: An aqueous adhesive for forming an easily adhesive layer contains a polyester resin (A) which is mainly constituted by a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, a basic compound and water, and does not substantially contain an emulsifier. The polyester resin (A) has an acid number of 4 mgKOH/g or more, a glass transition temperature of 40-75°C, and has a number average molecular weight of 5,000-50,000. The content of the dicarboxylic acid having a sulfonate group as the dicarboxylic acid component constituting the polyester resin (A) is less than 1 mol%.</p> |
