<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which is excellent in an effect of straightening hair and durability of hair-straightening effect, imparts a moist feeling and smoothness to the hair without stickiness and is excellent in durability of the imparted moist feeling and smoothness.SOLUTION: There is provided a hair cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (D), wherein the mass ratio between the component (B) and the component (C) is 1:2 to 3:1 and the total amount of the component (B) and the component (C) is 10 mass% or less: (A) a polyether-modified silicone having an HLB value of 10 to 15, (B) one or two or more selected from (B-1) a di- to tetra-valent alcohol and (B-2) a polyethyleneglycol polymer which is liquid at a normal temperature (25°C), (C) a propylene oxide polymer represented by the following general formula (1) (wherein, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group having 2 to 24 carbon atoms and m+n represents an integer of 20 or more), and (D) 15 to 50 mass% of ethanol.</p> |
