<p>The present invention relates to a double-side display type organic electro-luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof. The double-side display type organic electro-luminescence device includes: a substrate defining multiple first pixel areas and second pixel areas; driving and switching thin-film transistors included in respective element area in the first and second pixel areas; a protection layer formed above the driving or switching thin-film transistors; and an organic electro-luminescence diodes which are connected to drain electrodes of the driving thin-film transistors and are included in respective light emission areas in the first and second pixel areas. The electro-luminescence diodes are formed on the protection layers in the first pixel areas to emit light upward, and the electro-luminescence diodes are formed on gate insulation layers in the second pixel areas to emit light downward through first openings in the protection layers.</p> |
