The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) package and a portable device including the same. The LED package includes a package body which includes a groove part which is upwardly opened; a light detecting device which is mounted on the bottom surface of the groove part and is electrically connected to the outside; and an LED which is mounted on the inner side of the groove part formed with a tilt surface around the bottom surface and is electrically connected to the outside.
