A preparatory car washing device is to perform effective washing using a previously installed automatic car washing device, by comprising: a supporter which is installed on a rail forming an automatic car washing device and has a driving unit in order to reciprocate along the rail; a washing frame which is installed in the supporter by comprising a vertical bar and a horizontal bar; a spray nozzle which is installed in the center of the washing frame in order to spray washing foam to the top of a car; and side sprayers which are installed at both sides of the washing frame in order to spray the washing foam to the both sides of the car. When a car to be washed approaches, the standby car washing device sprays washing foam to the external surface of the car as moving from the front side to the back side on a rail. The preparatory car washing device is maintained in a stop state at the back side of the rail after performing preparatory washing. Upon completion of the preparatory washing by the preparatory car washing device, an automatic car washing device performs washing as reciprocating back and forth on the rail. When the automatic car washing device moves to the end of the rail and stops there, the preparatory car washing device moves to the end of the rail in order to adhere to the automatic car washing device. The preparatory car washing device repeats the above cycle in order to perform washing. |
