The present invention relates to a NS protein relating to embryonated egg high productiveness of an influenza virus, and the use thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides: a composition for high productiveness of an embryonated egg of H1N1 family avian influenza including, as a active ingredient, a polynucleotide encoding the NS protein of a low pathogenic avian influenza virus; a recombinant expression vector including a genome of the H1N1 family avian influenza wherein a gene encoding the NS protein is replaced by polynucleotide encoding the NS protein derived from the avian influenza virus; and a vaccine composition including, as active ingredients, the recombinant H1N1 family avian influenza virus transformed into the expression vector and the recombinant expression influenza virus. The NS protein relating to embryonated egg high productiveness and the amino acid sequence thereof have advantages of being capable of being effectively used in developing influenza killed vaccines by enhancing chicken embryo productivity of a vaccine strain for preventing influenza.
