The digital broadcasting receiver comprises a determining unit for determining whether the received signal strength information (RSSI) provided from an RFIC chip exceeds the predetermined user set value; and an inversion setting unit for setting a setting value of the current spectrum inversion into the opposite value if the RSSI exceeds the user set value based on the determining result of the determining unit.
