Disclosed are a transfer printing worktable and a thermal transfer printer having the same. The transfer printing worktable includes a lower frame having a hose fastening hole to which a vacuum hose is fastened; a jig plate installed in the lower frame to be replaced and having a jig for fixing an object to be printed on the upper surface thereof and a plurality of vertical holes; and an upper frame for engaging and fixing a thermal transfer film, which is laid on the object fixed to the jig, to the lower frame. Therefore, after an operator installs jigs of various shapes and sizes which are required depending upon the kinds of the object to be printed, onto the jig plate, the jig plate is replaced and installed on the transfer printing worktable, thereby effectively performing a printing work for various objects to be printed. |
