An electric steering device is disclosed. The electric steering device of the present invention includes a driving motor; a worm shaft rotated by receiving torque generated by the driving motor; a worm wheel for delivering the torque in an axial shaft different from the axial direction of the worm shaft by receiving the torque from the worm shaft; and a damping member located between the driving motor and the worm shaft to prevent noise due to a backlash of the worm wheel. The damping member presses the worm shaft in the axial direction to fix the worm shaft. According to the present invention, the worm shaft can be efficiently fixed. |
