The present invention relates to a hybrid X-ray detection device. The objective of the present invention is to provide a hybrid X-ray detection device with new configuration. The hybrid X-ray detection device has a simple structure, but the device can improve sensitivity against X-rays. Also, the device can acquire an image at a low dose and obtain a clear image with high-quality and high-resolution. In addition, the device has low sensitivity against environment by reducing the use of unstable photoconductor materials and can solve problems in a traditional TFT electrical switching reading method. To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the hybrid X-ray detection device comprises a light generator, which generates visible light to collect an image signal; a photostimulable phosphor, which generates and traps electrons corresponding to incident X-rays when the X-rays are emitted, and which generates and releases visible light corresponding to the electrons trapped when visible light is emitted from the light generator; a photoconductor layer for readout where electrons and positive holes are generated by incident visible light from the photostimulable phosphor; electrodes for applying voltage to the photoconductor layer for readout; and a signal detection circuit, which is connected to a signal collection electrode among the electrodes and reads an electrical signal output through the signal collection electrode. |
