摘要 The present invention relates to manufacturing method of churros. The manufacturing method of churros comprises: a first step (S1) of kneading dough; a second step (S2) of molding churros to form continuous grooves around the surface by inserting the dough kneaded by the first step into a molding apparatus; a third step (S3) of cutting the churros molded by the second step; a forth step (S4) of frying the churros uniformly with canola oil by inserting continuously the churros, molded and cut, and by rotating the molded churros while frying the churros; and a fifth step (S5) of quickly freezing the churros fried by the forth step.
