The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a nanofiber web, wherein the apparatus comprises: a rotating shaft (10); a rotating unit for axially rotating the rotating shaft (10); a spinning nozzle (30) discharging a molten polymer solution in a direction crossing the rotating shaft (10); a collecting member (40) for forming an electric field in a space from the spinning nozzle (30); a drawing unit for forming a pipe-shape nanofiber web by drawing, along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the nanofibers formed by being discharged from the spinning nozzle (30) into the inside of the electric field; a folding member (60) for folding the nanofiber web into two layers by pressing one side of the nanofiber web drawn in the pipe shape by the drawing unit; a guiding member (70) for guiding the inner diameter of the nanofiber web formed in the pipe shape by the drawing unit to be narrower as the nanofiber web gets closer to the folding member; a blowing unit for supplying air into the inside of the nanofiber web such that the nanofiber web formed in the pipe shape by the drawing unit can inflate; and a high voltage generator (80) for applying high voltage to the molten polymer solution discharged from the spinning nozzle (30). Thereby, it can improve physical properties by increasing the tensile force of the nanofiber web and to produce a wide nanofiber web with a small number of nozzles. |
