Provided is a structure of a heat accumulating part for a regenerative burner, which is easy to construct, can be manufactured at low costs in a short period of time, and can be also arranged to save a space through a compact form. The structure of a heat accumulating part for a regenerative burner includes a casing (4) which receives a sphere-shaped heat storage material (3) for collecting heat from exhaust gas and heating combustion air over the collected heat, in a gas passage (1) for the burner where combustion air and exhaust gas alternately flow. Protruding walls (14) are provided in the casing to form a central area (CA) where combustion air and exhaust gas flow to the heat storage material and an outer area (OA) to be disposed to surround the CA to prevent combustion air and exhaust gas from flowing to a heat storage material around the inner surface (9a) of the casing. |
