The present invention discloses an apparatus for manufacturing a tire. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a tire includes the steps of: (f) inserting an expansion member between a first outer surface layer mold and a second outer surface layer mold ; (g) manufacturing an outer surface layer having an open part; (h) separating the expansion member from the outer surface layer; (i) locating a ring member made of a flexible material on the open part after inserting a foam resin material in the outer surface part; (j) filling the foam resin in the outer surface layer; (k) separating the first outer surface layer mold and the second surface layer mold from the outer surface layer; and (l) separating the ring member from the foam resin. |
