A phase arrangement structure for a hairpin winding motor is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the phase arrangement structure for a hairpin winding motor, configured to comprise a stator core on which a plurality of slots are arranged in the circumferential direction, wherein each slot includes a plurality of layers along the radial direction; a plurality of hairpins having a pair of leg units and a head unit connecting the pair of the leg units, wherein each leg unit is inserted and fastened to each layer in each slot of the stator core. The hairpins are joined to each other electrically to form a multi-phase coil winding to the stator core and same phase current is disposed at each layer in each slot. |
