NOVEL FUSION GENE FOR DIAGNOSING LUNG CANCER

The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing lung cancer which includes lung cancer specific fusion gene used for diagnosing lung cancer, fusion protein expressed from the fusion gene, and an agent for detecting the fusion gene or protein; to a kit for diagnosing lung cancer including the composition; and to a method for providing information for diagnosing lung cancer using the composition or kit. The fusion gene of the present invention can be specifically detected in lung cancer patients, thereby being widely used for early diagnosis and effective treatment for the lung cancer patients.
