The present invention relates to a roller device of a lower driving body for an excavator. The roller device comprises a roller body unit, which rotates along the track chain of a lower driving body for an excavator and has a cylindrical hollow unit; a shaft, which penetrates the hollow unit of the roller body unit and is axis-combined with the roller body unit; a bushing member, which is installed between the inner and outer peripheries of the shaft; a collar unit, which is installed on the outer periphery of the shaft and maintains the seal between the shaft and the roller body unit; and a floating seal, which is arranged in the roller body unit and the connection unit of the collar unit and maintains the seal inside the roller device by being installed in the outer periphery of the shaft. The end unit of the roller body unit is arranged to surround the collar unit. Therefore, the collar unit adjacent to the floating seal is not directly exposed to the outside.
