The fixture i.e. orthodontic treatment apparatus (2), has two gutters (3, 4) for reception of teeth and separated by a horizontal wall (5). The gutters communicate with an external container (7) by a tubular pipe (6), where the external container comprises a salivation activator. The salivation activator is moved from the external container to the fixture at a fluid or viscous state. The fixture exhibits a C-shape that matches with upper and lower jaws of a user. An internal boring communicates with the gutters. The tubular pipe is connected to a tubular end of a body of the fixture.
