Disclosed are a rotor core of an induction motor and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the rotor core includes a body which has a cylindrical shape and slots which are formed in a radial direction, a rotor bar which is inserted into each slot of the body, an end ring which is combined with upper and lower parts in the longitudinal direction of the body. The rotor bar includes a rotor core of the induction motor which comprises a first conductor which is fitted into the slot and a second conductor which covers the first conductor. |
