A method for producing a support for recovering surface-modified bone tissues is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a step for producing slurry by dissolving polycarprolactone (PCL) in 2,2,2-trifluoethanol and then stirring; a step for producing slurry by adding biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) to the produced slurry and stirring together; a step for adding sodium chloride to the mixed PCL/BCP slurry at a one to one ratio to form a porous structure; a step for forming a PCL/BCP support by drying the porous PCL/BCP slurry in a vacuum oven; a step for washing with distilled water to remove the solvent and sodium chloride remained in the dried support; a step for reacting the PCL/BCP support with 1,6-hexamethylenediamine solution to chemically modify the surface of the support; a step for washing with distilled water to remove the 1,6-hexamethylenediamine solution; a step for cross-linking the support using a cross-liunking agent, EDC/NHS (N-Ethyl-N′-(3-dimethylaminopropy)carbodiimide hydrochloride/Hydroxy-2,5-dioxopyrolidine-3-sulfonic acid sodium)solvent and sodium chloride; a step for coating the cross-linked PCL/BCP support with a collagen solution; and a step for washing the collagen remained in the collagen-coated PCL/BCP-Col support.
