The present invention relates to a battery for a vehicle and, more specifically, to an apparatus for protecting a power distribution circuit. According to the present invention, the apparatus for protecting the power distribution circuit for a vehicle is configured to comprise a battery for supplying power; a motor driving circuit for receiving the power from the battery and driving the motor; a plurality of load circuits having at least one resistance protection element which is installed on an incoming stage in connection with the battery; and a control unit (not shown) which is controlled to apply a fault current to the resistance protection element when the load circuits are abnormal. |
